Step- up transformer for MC phono cartridge full of Air-Tight’s accumulated experience

The digital technology having been thoroughly investigated, ironical to say, now analog discs were revived in the form of ‘Renaissance in Audio’.

This step-up transformer is designed to be compact and easily handled.  Theoretically, to augment the signal level by transfo. Has advantage in terms of noise components, especially in case of today's affluent good MC cartridges of low impedance. Newly developed Hi-μcore is loaded in the transformer to realize the high step-up ratio of 1:40 (32dB gain).

To polish up the tonal performance pure copper transformer-holder, thick aluminium front panel and “monocoque” chassis are employed for enhancement of signal linearity and musical dynamics.

The ATH-3 boasting of high step-up ratio is suitable not only for vacuum tube phono equalizer amp but also for solid-state amp.

Intrinsic vivid and dynamic musical characteristics are thoroughly transmitted and reproduced through the ATH-3.
