So, it is in part the “ghost” of an abandoned project we had buried.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAlso in a very real way, the phrase highlights the human tendency to strive for perfection, a concept central to Plato’s philosophy. “Plato’s ghost” can represent the persistent drive towards an ideal, even if that ideal is unattainable.
