Perpetuum Ebner PE 1010

Perpetuum Ebner PE 1010 (often referred to as the MK1) was launched in 2016 as part of the brand's revival. It was designed as an entry-level "classical" sub-chassis turntable, aiming to provide high-end German engineering at a more accessible price point.

Features

  • Sub-Chassis Design: Features a two-part split chassis to isolate the platter and tonearm from the motor and external vibrations.
  • Drive System: A belt-drive system powered by a synchronous motor.
  • Original Tonearm: While the later MKII upgraded to a carbon fiber tube, the original PE 1010 typically featured an aluminum tonearm tube.
  • Platter: An aluminum platter driven by an internal sub-platter.
  • Speed Control: Electronic speed selection for 33 and 45 RPM.
  • Balanced Output: Included both standard RCA and professional-grade XLR (balanced) cabling options.
