The VooDoo Silverstream High-Speed HDMI 2.2e Ethernet-Ready Digital Cable is made in compliance with the latest international HDMI cable interface standards. The new 2.2 standard increases the maximum video resolution to 4000p x 2000p (3840 x 2160p at 24Hz/25Hz/30Hz and 4096x2160p at 24Hz), which is the video projection resolution used by commercial digital theaters. The VooDoo Cable HDMI 2.2e cable includes an HDMI Ethernet channel that allows 100 Megabyte per second data transmission speed between the HDMI connected devices. The Silverstream 2.2e High Speed HDMI data bit transfer standard is 3.4 Gbps per channel, or 10.2 Gbps total. For digital audio the format is stereo (uncompressed) PCM at sample rate of 16-bit, 20-bit and 24-bit, with sample rates of 32 kHz, 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz, 88.2 kHz, 96 kHz, 176.4 kHz and 192 kHz. The Silverstream 2.2e HDMI carries any IEC-compliant compressed audio stream, such as Dolby Digital and DTS, and up to 8 channels of one-bit DSD audio at rates up to four times that of Super Audio CD. The Audio return channel is a feature that allows the audio from the TV receiver to send “upstream” to the AV receiver. The Silverstream HDMI 2.2e‘Audio Return channel supports stereoscopic 3D over HDMI at the new 4K x 2K resolution. The Silverstream HDMI 2.2e is 100% shielded to protect against RF and EM interference. The Silverstream High-Speed HDMI 2.2e has a flat cable body which allows for large 24 AWG conductors in a compact, flexible cord body.
