To where do you ship?

HeyNow Hi-Fi does not charge you for shipping any where in Australia

1.    How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification to advise you that you that your order is on it`s way (if we are shipping it) or ready for collection (if you have chosen the Click & Collect option).

Generally speaking it takes about 2 days from when you place your order to it being shipped - providing its in stock Ex supplier - These times are more challenging due to stock limitations as a result of COVID19,

  • Please contact me before you order if its urgent, I cant supply quickly enough you will receive a full refund in the same manner to which you paid. 

Once you've received an email notification, the shipping details such as the carrier and the tracking number will be provided. You can use this information to track your order/s by clicking on the tracking link or in the “My order” section of your account on our website.

Please allow 48 hours from when you receive the shipping notification before attempting to track your order, this information will need to be updated in Australia Post system

2.    Where are your packages shipped from?

Your orders/packages are shipped from our showroom in St Kilda

3.    How do you price your postage?

The postage is free of charge when you shop with us.

REFUNDS/ RETURNS POLICY

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Yes, we do accept exchanges and returns with refunds too. HeyNow Hi-Fi wants you to be satisfied with your purchase and will work with you to find the solution that suits you best. That may be returning the unit to get the next one up or a different brand or simply your money back.

Once you receive your product, if you’re not 100% happy for whatever the reason may be, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that many products take time to ‘run in’. If you’re concerned or curious about this process, contact Geoff to understand what you can expect.

If a refund or exchange is necessary, we do ask that you return the goods (either by post at your own expense or free of charge directly to our store) with the receipt or proof of purchase within 14 days. The product needs to be in a perfect resalable condition and in its complete packaging.

Dispute resolution

There are limitations set out by the Australian government which are designed equally to protect and safeguard both parties and we abide by all guidelines set out by Australian consumer law. If there is any dispute we encourage you to check your rights with the consumer rights department, however HeyNow Hi-Fi will do everything in its power to prevent any escalation and is in the business of customer satisfaction. 

REPAIRS

For all repairs contact us on 03 9525 0022 and we will be happy to assist you with any issue you may have with your product.

Under Warranty Repairs:

If the unit is a warranty repair determined by the date of purchase, we will issue a repair notice and service the unit at no charge. Please note, the warranty covers your repair or replacement at the discretion of the Australian distributor, however warranty does not cover freight or re-installation. If it has been used in such a fashion that the warranty is voided, then we will contact you with a cost estimate before proceeding to the repair. This will happen only if a warranty repair proves to be otherwise. Usage includes any consumer attempts at dismantling or modifying the product.

Non-Warranty Repairs:

If the item is no longer under warranty the initial cost to book for repair with us is $130 non-refundable. If the cost of repair exceeds the initial upfront cost we will contact you for authorization before proceeding with the repair.
